Great Divide Properties, LLC is owned and operated by Betsy Kirven, a 37 year resident of Buffalo and Johnson County.

After working in the real estate business for nearly 15 years, she has brought knowledge and appreciation of Buffalo and Johnson County to her real estate brokerage.  Prior to opening her own company she was an award winning agent for three major real estate franchises in the area, including top Sales Agent in the State of Wyoming.  Betsy believes she has brought the best innovations the real estate industry has to offer to her company.
